Trainee Guide & Standards
Welcome to Mostar Institute. This comprehensive guide outlines the essential standards, rights, and responsibilities designed to ensure a highly productive, respectful, and successful professional training experience.
Trainee Rights
Trainees are fully entitled to receive high-quality, professional instruction in a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment. You have the right to access promised training materials, modern facilities, and dedicated administrative support throughout your learning journey.
Trainee Responsibilities
Excellence requires mutual commitment. Trainees are expected to actively engage in sessions, diligently complete assigned coursework, demonstrate respect toward peers and instructors, and strictly adhere to the institute's professional code of conduct.
Attendance & Punctuality
Professionalism starts with punctuality. Regular attendance is strictly mandatory. An attendance rate of at least 80% is structurally required to maintain active enrollment standing and to remain eligible for final certification and graduation.
Academic Assessment
Rigorous and objective assessments will be conducted to gauge comprehensive understanding and skill mastery. Trainees must approach all tests, projects, and practical exercises with absolute honesty and academic integrity to accurately prove their competency.
Certification Eligibility
Certificates are earned, not merely given. Upon the verified and successful satisfaction of all attendance and assessment criteria, official, globally verifiable certificates are issued. Certificates will not be granted for incomplete attendance or failed assessments.
Complaints & Support
We stand by our quality. If you encounter any challenges regarding the academic content, instructor methodology, or facility conditions, our formal support channels are always open. All complaints are handled with strict confidentiality, professionalism, and urgency.
